Bindabasini Temple

The Bindabasini Temple is an important religious site. It is devoted to Bindabasini, also known for the goddess Durga. It is considered by the Newari people as one of the goddess’s most significant shrines in the area.
The Newari temple is more over 200 years old and has beautiful sculptures and carvings. There is a statue of the goddess Durga within the temple. The statue has been decorated with silver and gold ornaments. Many smaller shrines featuring other deities, such Bhairav and Ganesh, are also present.
